By accessing Route & Fleet you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
1. Who publishes this site
This website is published by Nil Masferrer Jiménez, a natural person established in Spain, tax identification number 39948989J, at 08310 Argentona, Spain. Contact: contact@routeandfleet.com.
References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that publisher. These details are published in accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).
2. What the site is
Route & Fleet is an informational publication about route and fleet management software. Articles are general guidance for a professional audience. They are not professional advice for your specific situation, and they do not create any advisory, consulting or contractual relationship between us.
3. Acceptable use
You may read, print and share our pages for your own business or personal use. You may not:
- Republish substantial parts of our articles without written permission.
- Scrape, mine or bulk-download the site, or use it to train machine learning models, without written permission.
- Present our content as your own, or remove attribution and copyright notices.
- Attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or circumvent access controls.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
4. Intellectual property
All text, illustrations, page designs, code and the Route & Fleet name and logo are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. All illustrations on this site are original vector artwork created for Route & Fleet — they are not stock images, and they may not be extracted and reused separately from the article they appear in.
Third-party product names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners. Their use here is for identification and commentary only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement in either direction.
You may quote up to 100 words from an article with a visible credit and a link to the original page.
5. Advertising
The site carries advertising, including advertising served by Google AdSense. Ad units are labelled. We do not control which advertisers appear, and their presence on the page is not an endorsement. See the advertising disclosure.
6. External links
We link to vendor documentation, regulators and research sources. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
7. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard on accuracy, but we make no warranty that the content is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. Regulations, prices and product capabilities change, sometimes the day after we publish.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, contracts or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Decisions you make
Software selection, fleet policy, safety programmes and compliance decisions are yours. Validate anything material against primary sources, your vendor's contractual documentation and your own advisers before acting on it.
10. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our privacy policy and cookie policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The last-updated date shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
13. Contact
